Free Exchanges and Returns
General Returns & Exchange
Quickly and easily return/exchange your products. We don’t ask many questions.
Here are our guidelines:
- Provide us with your email address and the order ID.
- We will take it up from here and you will receive instant communication from us.
- Do return the product(s) to us in the original condition.
- Please keep the tags on and receipts safe. No take-backs without them.
- You have 14 days to return the product. (some exception may apply)
- We will refund the full amount during returns. Your source account ,will be credited within 24 hours from the date of us receiving the returned product (in its original condition)
- For the Buy 2 Get 1 offer, Buy 1 Get 50% on second product, and Bundle Offers have no returns, only exchanges.
